Cancellation Policy

  • Your salon services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the salons scheduling policies.

  • Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

  • Clients who missed their appointment without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.

  • We recognize that the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for these reasons.

  • We do understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. However, when you miss an appointment with us or appointments are not canceled within a reasonable amount of time, not only do we lose your business, but we also lose the potential business of clients who could've scheduled an appointment at that same time.

  • As always, we appreciate each and everyones business and wish to continue to provide the best service to all of our clients.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please call us within 7 days so we can schedule an appointment to properly serve your needs. Please remember that we are here to give you the best experience possible.
1. Redo will be applied only for the same service you requested at the day of your visit.
2. Please call us  within 7 days of your visit.
3. Please make sure to follow the instructions your stylist explained to you.
